Australian Skills Mission
The AIBC continues to enhance the business to business relationship between Australia and India.
The AIBC is pleased to invite you to participate in the Australian Skills Mission to India 10-11 April 2017.
The mission has a goal of enhancing the Australia India bilateral education and skills relationship, and presents a unique occasion for Australian education and skills delegates to network with Indian delegates from a wide range of business and industry sectors.
As an AIBC delegate you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of engaging events including:
- Mining Skills for a Global Economy workshop hosted by the Australia India Business Council, Australia India Institute, and the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
- Australia India Knowledge Partnership Gala Dinner hosted by the Department of Education and Training, with special guest speaker. (please note places are limited)
- 4th Australia India Skills Conference, Skilling a Global Economy hosted by the Australian and Indian Governments and the Confederation of Indian Industry.
- Concluding Skills Conference Reception hosted by the Australia India Institute.
Joining the delegation will give you an opportunity to establish stronger professional and organisational links with your Indian counterparts while gaining a deeper understanding of the Indian training market and the challenges it faces in educating and skilling its large population.
The event will be held at the Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi.

Participation in the Skills Conference and mission events is complimentary for Australian participants, however all travel and accommodation costs are to be met by delegates.
