The Hon Chris Bowen, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, presented the keynote address at the Annual Australia India Address for the ACT Chapter on 2 November 2011, in Canberra.

The event was a successful showcase of the AIBC and its ongoing commitment to strengthening links between Australia and India.
